I have received the results concerning Supra Hle version
-X-. Here are the improvements our beta testers have been (and are still) beta testing :
Short infos about hacks included :
- GUI improvements
- Glide related modifications = main purpose of this hack is to get a better and
faster Gfx rendering. Appears to be the positive :)
- ultra.log : Supra Hle got rid off this generated file. While emulating games,
Hle was wasting time generating/writing this file. On slower machines, it results in a
slow down, sound cut, mainly when the emulated game has several errors generated/reported.
It is hard to evaluate the impact this single hack provided. This feature can be
reactivated if needed.
Positive reported results : Minor, up to major speed up dependind on systems and
games played.
Negative reported results : Misaligned textures in one game, troubles with
screenshot feature.
Besides that, i suggest to keep aware of the news coming on ...

The N64 page was updated with both Tr64 Wip 5 and Apollo version 0.1d (binary and source code).

The private page's silver password has been changed. Both private N64 and Psx page have been updated.
I have received a couple beta testers reports concering Supra Hle -X- : there are good and bad news. Unfortunately most beta testers still didn't send any report and the first beta testers report various results. I hope I'll be able to provide you with complete information within a few days.

According to our recent poll ("What section would
like us to update more frequently or improve "), 56% of you would like us to
improve the Supra Hle and Ini files projects sections. 27% want an update to the
N64 section. 5% for the private page, 3% for news section, 2%
for the PSX section and only 8% consider it is all fine. No one seem to care
about Mame and Amiga sections :(
Our next vote poll is based upon these results. We'd like to know a bit more about thoese
expected updates. Please let us KNOW. Thanks for your support.

I have just sent a beta version of our next Supra Hle
version -X- to beta testers and members of The Company. Compatibility improvements
shouldn't appear YET. Still, the Supra Hle v.X is already including several changes. Once
I'll have enough beta testers reports, I'll let you know about those changes.
Stay Tuned!

Our Ultra Hle compatibility list has finally been updated (so long, shame on us). Most of the compatibility lists I have seen here and there are somehow incomplete or wrong. So here it is, up to the Ultra InI file version 1F beta 2. You will find all of the all of the known playable and almost playable games. Most of the intro only roms are there. Some more screenshots went added too. Hopefully, the compatibility list will slightly change again soon (hint!). Enjoy...
In the yesterday's rush, I forgot to thank Spinal and his staff at Nintendo 64hq for authorising us to use their boxart collection in our private page. Thanks doods.
A weird bug occured at the french mirror site. The main menu is now perfectly working. Sorry for the inconvenience

Wow! The private page has been updated and the passwords
have changed.
But that is not all this time. All of the N64 files have been repaired. Some new ones went
added too.
N64 & Psx pages have a brand new design with boxarts, comments, rating & file
info, easy A-Z search or file name selection, only one single small popup left, still no
lame shared folders used.
Also, you will now find some new Psx goodies available with all those great features &
layout.
Is there anything else we could do ?
You will now see some changes happening here and there on the site and many surprises coming up in the next few weeks. Stay tuned boys, we're working like dogs !

The private page has been updated. A new silver password is up (make sure to get back to the linkz page again!) and several N64 files went added.
To the question "Next Supra Hle version should be released as soon as it has ...", 39% of you replied "compatibility improvements", 32% replied "both speed and compatibility improvements", 21% replied "any improvement" and 8% said "new speed improvements". All kind of improvements and speed are appreciated but many of you want some more compatibility. We'll seriously take care of your opinions. Thanks for voting. You can now check our new vote poll and discuss those results in our message board.

First post of the year 2001, 21st century, 3rd millenium. Just a symbol ? All I can say is that M.Luther King would have been quite impressed : black and white users, americans & russians, chinese & japanese, jews and arabs all meeting on the web around some great and peaceful hobbies such as emulation. Let's hope that in a close future, wars will just be some emulated video games :)
Duncan's unofficial Corn ini v1.5 has been translated to Korean. Korean friends make sure to visit Duncan site.
Christmas has passed and some more users own some very fast PCs (thanks Santa Klaus). Unfortunately, some emulators might run too fast and have no speed settings. Well, check out our Overclocking section and download "CPU Killer". This tool allows you too slow down your computer and has several options (hackers may appreciate too. Hint).
